The fully equipped American style kitchen with bar and large living/dining areas have immediate access to an outdoor covered dining terrace with barbecue. The living room has an open fire, TV and DVD player.

The 12m x 5m swimming pool is surrounded by an extensive paved terrace with sun loungers and is totally enclosed for child safety. The enclosed garden surrounding the villa is attractively planted with palms and a large grassed area which includes a table tennis table. Parking is provided on the villa's private drive.

The resorts of Le Lavandou (8km) and the ancient village of Bormes-Les-Mimosas (6.5km) are both easily accessed as is the fashionable resort of St. Tropez (35km). Golf is available at Valcros (15mins). The traditional hamlet of Cabasson is beautifully unique, surrounded by beautiful vineyards and just a short walk to the beach with its traditional French restaurant. Additionally, there is a convenient pop up fresh bread, croissant, take away meal shop located in the centre of the hamlet.
